- The box had previously been opened
- There was no user manual.
- The remote control works ok, however it is of a type not listed in the on-line manual so no instructions on how to use it.
- Also the remote had no batteries.
All of which indicate that the TV was previously used.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN FROM SELLER
This product is advertised as an 65C815 however you wont recieve this item as it comes packaged as an 65C727 model. DONT USE FALSE ADVERTISMENT AGAINST PEOPLE OR UPDATE YOUR SPECS. When the TV arrived the whole screen was cracked, packaging was damaged and missing styrofoam on an edge of the tv. Trying to return the tv but seller is an liar and gaslighter, didnt organise an delivery driver, blamed me for ‘wasting her money’. DO NOT BUY

If I can I give him "0". Fake ad offering QLED and delivered UHD TV. Ad was a new one but first was delivered to TCL service at Alice Springs. It appeared that was refurbished. Avoided to answer three times about the concerns of mine, claiming that I have been delivered the better TV than was advertised????? What a scam. After I disputed the issue with ebay seller promptly removed the add replacing with the one which was delivered to me. The box was damaged or was reused after the TV was fixed?
